We will start with an observation of daily practice. We will examine classroom setup, instruction delivery, interactions with staff and students, and other important elements of educational success.

Next, we will reflect on your strengths and determine how to leverage them to overcome challenges. We will make a strategic roadmap to drive optimal success as defined by you and your team.

As you work as a team to implement transformational changes, we will continually reflect on what is working and what isn’t working as well. We will refine your objectives as your environment continually develops and grows.
About Catherine
With over 25 years immersed in Montessori education, Catherine is an inspirational educational leadership consultant, guiding learning communities to challenge the status quo and drive positive change.
Catherine has successfully guided schools through some of the most rigorous challenges educational communities can face. These have included physical relocations, exacting charter renewals, and (of course) the pandemic.
Catherine brings together diverse stakeholders and develops forward-looking strategies to strengthen schools. Through dynamic coaching, she hones in on intrinsic strengths and natural aptitudes to create positive educational environments.
Driven by her belief in education's power to shape society, Catherine cultivates strength, inspiration, and innovation. She is committed to serving professional educators and parents by calibrating systems and practices to achieve greater and better results and improve their overall well-being in service of the Child through Montessori education.
